centre liquidation

I spent the morning at Plaza Saint Hubert, it's so weird and trashy there, but it's where all the good fabric stores are. I went to the Fripe-Prix and the Sally Anne's there and got some good stuff. I bought an entire bag of lace for a dollar:

WOW. Lookit all that there lace.

and some nice cotton red fabric with little white polka dots, and a bunch of zippers.
I usually go to second hand stores or church sales for fabric because if you buy it new it's so damn expensive. I went to this crazy cheap sewing accessories store and bought two embroidery rings (a big one and a little one), some embroidery needles, and some embroidery floss for less than ten bucks...so I guess I'm going to start embroidering!
Now I'm making some iced tea with the recipe from the book that changed my life (thanks, dad) and will spend the rest of my afternoon sitting on my balcony drinking iced tea and embroidering.

And listening to this:

I know I already posted this song because it was in that sexy sex video from Sweden, but it's a great tune.
